The definition of a "happy choice" in corn production is that when you look back on the season you realize that decision to plant that hybrid or use that starter fertilizer or increase your seeding rate was a good choice that resulted in better yield and an increase in your return on your investment.  As the 2023 corn season begins this video contains some suggestions on making "happy choices" in managing your corn crop.
